Job Description

Accounting Principals is looking for a motivated Staff Accountant for an exciting opportunity with an established company. Our client is in the process of seeking top talent to perform the job functions below successfully.

Responsibilities:

• Heavy reconciliation of accounts, journal entries and other general ledger functions as needed
• Income statements, balance sheets, cash flow projections, audit support, aged receivables
• Monthly production and maintenance of financial statements
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Card Reconciliation
• Assist with year-end financial statements

Experience:

• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with SAP or any other major ERP software
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Solid understanding of general accounting concepts
• Supervisor experience demonstrating strong leadership, management, and people skills
• Be creative, flexible, and able to drive/guide change
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
