  • Responsibilities

    The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating engaging marketing materials that effectively communicate our company's products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong graphic design skills and have a keen eye for detail. This position is based out of our Hackensack, NJ office.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and create visually appealing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and presentations that effectively communicate our company's products and services to our clients.
    • Design and layout proposal documents, ensuring that they are visually appealing and easy to read.
    • Create and maintain a library of marketing materials and proposal templates that can be easily customized for different clients and projects.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to create proposals that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
    • Assist with the development of new business and build market position by identifying potential business opportunities
    • Maintain registrations with Agency vendor portals
    • Attend industry seminars on behalf of the company
    • Assist with Outreach event coordination
    • Assist with tracking proposal submissions
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our marketing materials and proposals.
    • Website design, content development, updates and coordinate site maintenance.
    • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that highlights our commitment to DEI and attracts a diverse range of talent and customers.
    • Assist with and participate in various cross-functional administrative tasks, and related assignments as directed.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing and proposal development, preferably in a B2B environment.
    • Excellent skills using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
    • Graphic design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical content in a clear and concise manner.
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and layout.
    • Strong proofreading and editing skills.
    • Experience working in the construction/transportation industry is a plus.
