Job Summary:

BDO Digital is seeking a creative and talented Associate Graphic Designer with skills in PowerPoint and video editing to join our dynamic team. This position plays a vital role in creating visually appealing and engaging content for various platforms. An Associate Graphic Designer’s proficiency in PowerPoint and video editing software will be instrumental in developing impactful presentations and engaging videos.

Job Duties:

• Collaborates with stakeholders to conceptualize and create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and video content
• Utilizes existing templates to design and layout PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing manner
• Edits existing PowerPoint templates to align with new brand guidelines
• Edits and polishes videos, incorporating graphics, transitions, effects, and audio to produce high-quality finished products
• Assists in creating storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for video projects
• Ensures consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail in all design and editing work
• Collaborates with team members to brainstorm ideas, provide design feedback, and contribute to creative discussions
• Assists in organizing and maintaining a library of design assets and resources
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

• High school diploma/GED, required
• Associates degree in Graphic Design, preferred

Experience:

• A portfolio showcasing your design skills, required
• One (1) or more years of PowerPoint design experience, required
• One (1) or more years video editing experience, preferred
• Experience using productivity and collaboration tools, preferred
• Experience creating client presentations, preferred

Software:

• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), required
• Highly proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Familiarity with video production processes, including capturing footage, editing, and exporting in various formats.
• Highly organized self-starter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality control in design and video editing work
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a customer service focus
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
