Physical Therapist owned Outpatient Private Practice seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in Fairfax, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a passion for helping individuals improve their mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapy sessions using various techniques and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and ongoing care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor, Master or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Experience preferred, preferably in an outpatient setting; New Grads welcome.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
