    Description & Requirements

    How you will contribute:

    • Work as a skilled Recruiter to develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
    • Support the Dealership search team in developing strategies to source qualified candidates and progress search project objectives.
    • Identify and make initial contact with potential candidates utilizing various search tools (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).
    • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate strengths compared with client requirements.
    • Assist in navigating compensation and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for job requirements.
    • Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.
    • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
    • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices” and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
    • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.
    • Utilize social networks (LinkedIn, etc.) to further connect with industry contacts and potential candidates.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting or consulting experience building relationships and a track record of exceeding quotas.
    • Experience and knowledge of the dealership industry and terminology is a plus.
    • A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills and a high standard of professionalism and character are musts
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to present oneself professionally on video calls.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
    • Proficiency in using social networks and other recruiting tools
    • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
