The Boeing Veteran Internship Program (VIP) has the foundation you need to jump start your career in Engineering. Join us as we build the future in Engineering! Interns will have the chance to support engineering projects in military systems, commercial derivative aircraft, or technology development. Internship opportunities are available in but not limited to: Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Flight, Materials and Process Engineering, Mechanical / Structural Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Software, Systems, Test and Evaluation Engineering, Product Support, Flight Operations, Product Security, Safety and Airworthiness.

These positions have been identified as Hybrid opportunities and will require applicants to live in close proximity to a Boeing facility. Travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• Currently enrolled in an engineering major with an anticipated graduation date between May 2023 - December 2023.

• Ability to work part-time for during the 2022-2023 school year

• Previous military experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Passion for the aerospace industry

• Academic excellence (GPA of 3.0 or higher) and community involvement

• Competencies in the following areas: Financial and Business Acumen, Analytical Skills, Communication, Decision Making, Initiative, Leadership, Adaptability and Teamwork

This position requires an active U.S.Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active )
