Entry-Level Transportation Analyst

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Entry-Level Transportation Analyst (Level 1) to support the BGS Warehouse & Logistics team based out of Warner Robins, GA.
This position is 100% onsite. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Warner Robins, GA or Atlanta, Ga. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists with interpreting and applying logistics policies, processes, and methodologies to support business initiatives.
Applies knowledge of logistics and transportation methodologies in support of organizational objectives.
Prepares documentation to support routing and logistics functional requirements.
Performs domestic freight transactions.
Assists with and performs international freight transactions in accordance with Federal and Regulatory Agency guidelines.
Collects and analyzes data and information from multiple sources in support of transportation and logistics business initiatives.
Assists with a variety of support services including freight bill audit and related activities, contracts management and negotiations team functions, prepares and assists with documentation and certification of shipments of dangerous goods and support to compliance initiatives.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience working with import and export licenses and regulations.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Experience in EDRT or ExDocs.
Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge with systems such as:EDRT, ExDocs, GOLD, and REDARS
Experience with Export Control, Transportation, Warehousing, and Freight Forwarding a plus
Experience with schedule “B” and HTS classifications
Bachelor Degree or higher preferred

Summary pay range: 50,150 - 67,850
