    This position supports the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Supply Chain Commodities and Services team in Huntsville, A L.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
    • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
    • Partnering w/ Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for our programs
    • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
    • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance
    • The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills. Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required
    • Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
    • Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
    • Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

    • Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
    • Experience in performing data analysis
    • Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines
    • Experience working both independently and in team environments

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    • 1+ years of experience interacting with customers or suppliers regarding contract requirements and/or proposals
    • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
    • Excellent written/ verbal communication and interpersonal skills with strong sense of customer service
    • 1+ years of commercial off the shelf procurement experience
    • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams

    Summary pay range:

    Entry-Level (Level 1): $51,850 - $64,050

    Associate (Level 2): $60,350 - $74,550
