    The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level or Associate Quality Engineer (Level 1 or Level 2) in West Jordan or Salt Lake, Utah.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Integrates contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation.
    • Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
    • Conducts capability assessments and process validations to support production activity.
    • Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product processes and designs.
    • Performs product and process analysis to ensure manufacturing readiness.
    • Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions.
    • Performs benchmarking and other forms of analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • ABET accredited degree
    • 1+ years of related work experience
    • 1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated industry
    • 1+ years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
    • 1+ years of experience in Systematic problem solving with root cause and corrective action
    • Experience with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools)
    • Experience with 3D modeling software to determine product and GD&T requirements
    • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

    Summary pay range for Level 1: $60,350 - $81,650

    Summary pay range for Level 2: $73,100 - $98,900
