    Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

    What we do:

    The Facilities/EH&S Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day site operations. This person will coordinate and monitor all site operations, including site communications, vendor management, space and utilization management and ensuring site is clean organized and compliant with safety regulations provided by EH&S. This role will interact daily with vendors and employees to maintain and help provide a professional workplace. The facilities coordinator reports to the Facilities Site Manager.

    What you can do:

    • Conduct daily inspections of the space, identify defects, and taking corrective actions as required
    • Track maintenance work orders and inventory of various facility supplies
    • Inspect and maintain logs for light equipment such as fork trucks/lifts, compressors and generators
    • Analyze and identify faults or problems in equipment and machinery and keep them in working order
    • Perform minor maintenance of vehicles and equipment including filling up with gasoline, oils, and fluids
    • Responsible for assisting with & coordinating the work of vendors (such as HVAC, repairs, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters) and lead all aspects of the work of contractors and vendors and conduct inspection once complete to ensure that quality of work meets company standards
    • Respond to all service requests in a prompt manner and call out problems as necessary
    • Assist in ensuring the safety of occupants which includes the provisioning of emergency equipment & supplies, works with building management, and participates in building safety/emergency programs
    • Assist with after-hours and weekend emergency calls involving facility needs
    • Respond to and close in a timely manner Facility tickets/email requests
    • May require up to 10% of domestic and international travel
    • Other duties as assigned

    What you can contribute:

    • Associate degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of relevant facilities related experience
    • Skilled in facilities management, property management, or construction
    • Experience in aviation, or working on a flight line is a plus
    • Experienced working in EVTOL and R&D environment with equipment, high voltage, hazardous chemicals and processes, waste management, etc preferred
    • Have working knowledge of Employee, Health and Safety and security

    Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location

    The per-hour pay range for this position is: $50—$55 USD
