We support an extensive range of aircraft models, including renowned brands such as Falcon, Hawker, Challenger, Learjet, Gulfstream, and Embraer Legacy. With a significant $33 million expansion underway, we’re doubling footprint in the coming year. Our facility specializes in Business Aviation, focusing on 22 models of aircraft on the Airframe side while our Engine Shop performs comprehensive overhauls on Honeywell HTF7000 and TFE731 engines, APUs, and performs diagnostics in our state-of-the-art Test Cells.

    The A &P Mechanic is responsible for performing routine maintenance and major inspections on corporate aircraft. Troubleshooting, repair, and modification in addition to engine removal and reinstallation, operational checks, leak checks, and engine runs are all within the responsibility of this Mechanic. Experience with Embraer, Falcon, Lear, Challenger, and Hawker business aircraft is required.

    What You Will Do:

    • Use sound judgment and technical expertise to make decisions regarding maintenance, sequencing, techniques, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution.
    • Remove and reinstall engines from turbofan-powered aircraft.
    • Assist with operation checks and engine runs to ensure airworthiness prior to departure.
    • Inspect aircraft in accordance with OEM Light or Heavy Maintenance manuals.
    • Evaluate removed components for serviceability and document discrepancies (squawks).
    • Troubleshoot and repair all airframe systems, including hydraulics and landing gear.
    • Accomplish Service Bulletins, Repair Letters, and Airworthiness Directives as required.
    • Utilize mechanics hand tools, precision measuring instruments, gauges, and calibration test equipment.

    Basic Requirements:

    • Previous experience working on Embraer, Falcon, Lear, Challenger, or Hawker aircraft
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Valid FAA-approved Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
    • Minimum of three (3) years experience as an A&P Mechanic.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years working in Business / Corporate Aviation.
    • Experience working in a Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) environment.
    • Aviation training, including military training, aeronautical academy, technical school, or an Aviation Associates Degree.
