Job Description Qualifications:
TheBoeing Order Management and Procurement team is seeking a Procurement Agent (Entry Level, or Associate) . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services BGS Supply Chain.
This position will support our Order Management team. The Order Management team creates and develops request for proposals based on a set of requirements, solicits the supply base for compliant proposals, negotiates acquisition costs and ensures on time delivery of aerospace hardware. This team is also responsible for order placement, adjustments and cancellations as required to support the business.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Dallas, TX .
Position Responsibilities:
The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills.
Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required.
Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
Supports the sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities.
Spares pricing and lead-time negotiations.
Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
Less than 1 year of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
Less than 1 year of experience in Data Analysis.
Less than 1 year of experience working in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines.
Able to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
Experience in contracts and proposals.
Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations.
Experience negotiating price and schedule with customers.
Experience using SAP software.
Typical Education/Experience:
Entry Level (Level 1)
Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required.
Associate (Level 2)
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range for entry level: 55,250 - 74,750
Summary pay range for associate level: 64,600 - 87,400
