Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level or Associate Project Management Specialist (Level 1 or 2) to join the 787 Business Operations Customer Introduction team in Everett, Washington.
The 787 Business Operations Customer Introduction team is seeking an Entry Level or Associate Project Management Specialist to join our organization. We have both Change Coordinators and Integrated Schedulers on our larger team. We are in charge of helping build schedules and manage projects that assist bringing new Airlines onto the 787 programs. The larger 787 Business Operations team is split between Charleston and Everett depending on role. This role specifically is for a position in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation, coordination, scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
Gathers, organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
This position is expected to be 80% onsite and 20% telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
6+ months of experience in a position that requires strong written, and verbal communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues
6+ months of experience working in a cross functional environment
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1 more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
6+ months of experience in Project Management
6+ months of experience using Microsoft Project or Project Management software tools
6+ months of experience developing and managing metrics
Typical Education/Experience:
Entry Level (Level 1): Bachelor’s Degree
Associate (Level 2): Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Entry Level: $61,200-$66,240
Associate: $73,950-$80,040
