Supply Chain Specialist (Entry Level or Associate)

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist (Entry Level or Associate) to join our team in Warner Robins, GA . In this role, the focus will be working on-site with a team of Supply Chain Specialists supporting the C-17 program. The candidate will interface with several functions on a daily basis to manage Supply Chain requirements. Candidate will perform Supply Chain order execution, delivery management, and analyze data.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in analyzing post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities
Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment
Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders
General understanding of maintenance, modifications, retrofit processes and procedures.
Processes material returned from customers
Possess additional business and communication and looks for ways to provide continuous process improvement
Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance
Processes documentation associated with repair items and warranty claims
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience in Supply Chain Management/Demand Planning
Experience working in a cross-functional environment
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience with Aircraft Modification Programs
Experience with the Boeing Government On-Line Data (GOLD) computer system.
Typical Education/Experience:
Entry-Level (Level 1)
Related work experience, relevant military experience, or advanced degree preferred, but not required
Associate (Level 2):
Typically 3 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range for entry-level: 53,550 - 72,450
Summary pay range for associate level: 63,750 - 86,250
