    The Boeing Company is seeking Test Electrical Design Engineers to join our Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) team in Berkeley, MO.

    BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Entry-Level, Associate, and Mid-Level Test Electrical Design Engineers.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Works with customers to develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements

    • Analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications

    • Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements

    • Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements

    • Supports fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle

    • Develops new design/analysis/test processes and tools to improve effectiveness, quality and efficiency of the development effort

    • Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements

    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science

    • Experience in design or test and evaluation engineering

    • Currently reside in OR are you willing to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri

    Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

    • Level 2: 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

    • Minimum 3.0 GPA and/or experience with previous internships

    • Experience with a CAD software or drafting software tool

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering

    Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

    Summary Pay Range for Entry-Level: $66,300 - $89,700

    Summary Pay Range for Associate Level: $79,900 - $108,100

    Summary Pay Range for Mid-Level: $96,050 - $129,950
