    Supernal is at the forefront of creating emerging mobility solutions that will foster the development of human-centered cities. We are designing a completely new electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft tailored to the mobility needs of future cities. This allows passengers a seamless intermodal journey that safely transports them to their final destination.     What we do:

    The Trade Compliance Analyst will organize and update export compliance documents, develop tracking tools and accept, organize, and analyze various compliance metrics, coordinate shipments both internally within Supernal and externally with brokers, carriers, and other third parties, draft, fill in, or further develop export controls/compliance documents (e.g., end user statements, technology control plans, etc.) and manage the department’s relationships with the customs broker on Supernal shipments in alignment with internal Supernal schedules.

    This position will be required to work on-site 5 days a week.

    What you can do:

    • Organizing electronic files
    • Updating files with new data
    • Tracking data in Excel and database platforms
    • Analyzing data and documenting data patterns
    • Pulling requested data from files
    • Managing relationships with customs broker
    • Advising on shipping terms
    • Reviewing executed contracts and purchase orders
    • Coordinating with contracts, legal, and engineering personnel to support shipping and receiving of orders and facilitating international shipments
    • May require up to 5% of domestic and international travel
    • Other duties as assigned

    What you can contribute:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
    • A minimum of one (1) year with contracts
    • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in supply chain and procurement processes
    • Experience using supply chain and/or procurement database software (SAP)

    You may also be able to contribute:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proactive delivery of communication and follow up
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
    • Self-motivated and forward-thinking
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

    Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.

    The per-hour pay range for this position is:

    $35 - $40 USD
