Our internship program is designed with future leaders in mind and serves as a pipeline for top talent. Participants in our program receive one-on-one mentorship while working alongside seasoned Data Analytics professionals. You will work with the team to develop and provide analysis and identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency and productivity. We will look to you to share your ideas and recommendations. The Intern experience at Lands' End is a comprehensive development-based role, designed to facilitate a robust Data Analytics career path. Interns will be immersed and integrated in the various functions of Data Analytics and understand the factors that contribute to the broader scope of Data Analytics while gaining valuable hands-on experience in skill competency areas.

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Marketing, Digital Merchandising and additional internal teams with regular reporting, ad hoc analysis, and deep-dive projects.
• Partner with leadership, merchandising, and marketing teams to identify key opportunities, define objectives, and develop strategic analytical initiatives aimed at enhancing customer growth and performance.
• Deliver actionable recommendations to enhance customer engagement, optimize acquisition strategies, and boost retention rates through thorough data analysis.
• Leverage diverse data sources to uncover actionable insights that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
• Critical to your success will be the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, analytical findings as well as technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate level preferred
• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, IT, Analytics, Data science, Mathematics, or related field
• Structured & Logical Thinking: The ability to identify and define business problems and develop strategic & analytical frameworks to conduct analyses.
• Familiarity with programming skills in Python, R, or a similar scripting language.
• Experience transforming data into presentations that "tell the story "behind the data
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services
• Advanced SQL Experience
• Proficient/advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work independently
