As the Customer Insights Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to design research to collect different types of data and mine for insights that will deepen business partners' customer understanding and empathy and can drive action.

Responsibilities
- Help drive expansion of Lands' End market research capabilities and impact
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and key research questions
- Take lead drafting, editing, and finalizing project plans that could include qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies
- Program, test, and execute research using appropriate tools such as Qualtrics (includes overseeing logistics for customer list pulls, email invitations, and incentive fulfillment)
- Synthesize, analyze, and interpret qual and/quant data, with a strong focus on data quality and integrity to deliver meaningful insights
- Support market research team in their efforts to put "insights into action" by helping to present complex insights in a clear, compelling, and action-oriented way
- Introduce new methodologies to team to enhance the suite of tools Lands' End can use to understand its customers more intimately and to make more data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with natural curiosity and excitement to dive into business challenges
- Pursuing a degree in marketing, marketing research, consumer science, mathematics, statistics or other relevant academic program
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience synthesizing learnings and drawing conclusions from large data sets preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience influencing others
- Experience prioritizing and balancing multiple projects at once
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to overcome obstacles and manage change to successfully accomplish goals
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word) required. Qualtrics experience preferred
