This position requires answering questions and resolving customer issues via phone, making skills such as oral and written communication, computer and keyboard proficiency, and problem-solving critical for success in the respective position.
The Fraud Customer Service Representative is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and determining action to be taken for all data in fraud queues for proprietary accounts, as well as other assigned duties.
Essential Functions:
Take inbound phone calls.
Perform outbound fraud verification.
Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.
