Chloe + Isabel is a fashion jewelry brand devoted to empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs through social retail. The GEM (Growth, Empowerment, Merchandising) program provides college students with an entrepreneurial opportunity to run their own fashion jewelry business while building their resumes + their bank accounts.

Through specialized training and coaching, GEM Merchandisers gain valuable sales, marketing, merchandising, and social media skills that set them apart in the job market once you graduate. To build your resume and increase sales, GEM Merchandisers host fun in-person and online pop-up shops, partner with on- + off-campus organizations to run events + fundraisers, + appear at vendor events to build their network.

PLEASE NOTE: Our handcrafted jewelry is sold exclusively through our Chloe + Isabel Merchandisers. Merchandisers are independent contractors and are not eligible for employment-related benefits or perks. GEM Starter Kit purchase is required upon acceptance to the community. Must be between 18-22 years old and enrolled in a 4-year college or university.

• Self-motivated, high energy, socially-savvy college leaders are encouraged to apply. • Previous experience in sales, retail, merchandising, marketing and/or social media are helpful but not required. • You’ll receive skill-based training, as well as a dedicated mentor, to ensure your success as a GEM Merchandiser.
