Overview:

• Responsible for ensuring the prompt resolution of inbound customer telephone calls;

• Assisting with Live Chat and email communication;

• Performing other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

• Respond to Customer Service phone inquiries.

• Respond to written inquiries from customers based on business needs and volume.

• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

• Ability to write simple correspondence.

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to talk and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, and feel; occasionally required to sit and reach with hands and arms.

Other Skills:

• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to external and internal customers;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Well organized and detail oriented;

• Computer navigation and keyboarding skills.

Work Hours:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
