We are looking for a Marketing & Community Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience who is upbeat, energetic, well spoken, responsible, an excellent writer, and a true team player. Additionally, having the ability to create beautiful marketing collateral in Photoshop and Illustrator is a huge plus.
About 50% of your job will be customer service, and 50% will be marketing, branding, and PR. This position is perfect for someone entrepreneurial who would one day like to start his or her own business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Promptly answer customer emails, calls, tweets, and Facebook messages while at the office
- Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges using our online system
- Work closely with our warehouse manager to resolve any inventory or shipping issues
- Compile, analyze, and present customer feedback on a quarterly basis, including your recommendations for improvement
- Research and reach out to non-competitive subscription boxes for cross-promotions, optimizing for both box size and ROI
- Assist in writing press releases and building press kits using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Reach out, send press kits and garment samples to influential bloggers and journalists, keeping track of and optimizing the ROI of each media source
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Assist on all photo shoots, including setting-up and breaking down equipment, steaming garments, arranging all catering, and assuring all timing adheres to the call sheet
