    General Summary:

    • Assists the Store Operations Department in the execution of various projects and routine processes in a fast pace retail environment.

    • Acts as a liaison between the Home Office business partners, the Field organization and the finance department to maintain effective reporting for field sales, expenses, payroll and processes.

    • Acts as a liaison between the field and stores.

    Essential Duties:

    • Develops new tools to increase field operational productivity and proficiency.
    • Identifies areas of process efficiencies and develops a project plan for revision and rollout in partnership with the Manager of Operations.
    • Maintains, updates and communicates to the Field organization Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
    • Creates consistency and understanding of Field Policies and Procedures (SOP), success factors and best practices in partnership with cross functional partners.
    • Manage operational based projects / streamline existing systems in order to satisfy the needs of the business.
    • Manages the roll out, implementation, communication and training of new operational initiatives.
    • Manages field programs and vendor partnerships.
    • Supports with individual departments specific initiatives & communication.
    • Ensures that cross functional policies and procedures are executable and drive operational productivity within stores.
    • Supports the field organization through responding to emails, data inquiries and reporting requests.
    • Assists in the maintenance and monitoring of field and operations department budgets
    • Assists in building and maintaining a reporting data base that tracks, reports and analyzes field data used to perform synthesis, develops solutions, project strategy planning and data utilization.
    • Supports in the communication and operational processes for opening new stores.
    • Partners with the real estate and construction team on the operational processes for new stores, remodels and closures.

    • Must be able to speak effectively before groups and individuals including Senior Executive staff, corporate and field employees, vendors, and customers.
    • Ability to conduct self in a professional and respectful manner
    • Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and the ability to work within deadlines and exhibit an ability to work both independently and in a team
    • Must be detail oriented and show proficiency with content creation tools, including MS Office suite
    • Knowledge in utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Internet.
    • Ability to analyze data and perform calculations on various sales figures such as discounts, and percentages.

    Education and / Experience

    • 1 year Store Management level retail experience preferred
    • College degree preferable
    • 1 year finance related work experience preferred
