Strategic Thinker: Understand Cuyana's competitive position and help shape user-centered product experiences to improve our role in the marketplace.
Detail-oriented and Fast Execution: Analyze every screen a user interacts with from social media, site, and referral sources across all platforms (you should be thinking: engagement, conversion, lifts/gains, repeat rate, retention)
Creative Visionary: Based on data gathered, help imagine and design customer's user flow from online to offline and back online again across all platforms. (wireframes, flows, and funnels oh my!)
Iterative Nature: Multivariate testing and analysis for marketing campaigns and new product feature rollouts (translate this as: competitive analysis, user research, usability, A/B testing, profit/loss analysis- to name a few)
Clear Communicator: Close interaction with the Cuyana executive, marketing, operations, and development teams (experience with: specifications, prioritization, implementation, QA, launches, and management)
Demonstrated passion about the job and Cuyana brand vision
UI/UX experience- the ability to communicate your product vision in a visual way
Experience with the entire product development cycle- from goals and design to implementation and iteration
Team player who is comfortable wearing many hats and willing to help out colleagues no matter how small the task
Computer Science degree
Technical proficiency of computer systems, e-commerce platforms, and coding languages (HTML, CSS, etc.)
Experience with Magento a plus
Must be willing to work late nights as required
