• Assist with preparations for gifting rounds for new releases and fashion weeks
• Ensure line sheets are always updated, accurate, and ready to send to editors and stylists
• Help organize pulls for photo shoots
• Maintain press archives and constantly sweep web/social media platforms for credits
• Support e-commerce business by monitoring/updating Shopify and responding to customer service emails
• Maintain spreadsheets to ensure sales, PR, and customer case history is always up to date
• Pitch collaborations and marketing concepts to Brand Manager and Creative Director

• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Receptive to feedback and a good listener
• Solution oriented, creative thinking, and a proactive work ethic
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion, trends, jewelry, and social media
• Positive attitude and eager to learn about the industry
• Good eye for sartorial and graphic design and ability to contribute productive feedback
• Tech-savvy (knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid are a big plus!)
• Experience in Adobe programs a plus, but not required
• College student
• Available a minimum of 2 days a week during the school year and 3 days a week over the summer
