The internship includes weekly lunch & learns, social events with the entire intern class, water color classes, site visits and much more. At HKS our work is integrated, it is holistic, it is good design and it is good business. Main Focus:This full-time summer internship requires someone with a passion for sustainability. This person should currently be enrolled in an accredited university and working towards a Bachelors Degree or higher. Educational background is flexible but preferred disciplines are architecture, environmental design, graphic design or a focus on sustainability. HKS DesignGreen team serves as the internal subject experts on to projects across the firm. We are experts in energy, materials, human health and wellbeing, ecological regeneration, water, light and daylight, and many other subjects. We need help in the creation of our next iteration of design tools, communication strategies and marketing collateral.
