You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. GG-12 To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: Maintaining a fiscal budget pertaining to manpower resources; participating in project team activities to develop solutions to work requirements; developing responses to manpower affecting resource deficiencies; and developing resource requirements for command resources. GG-13 To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: Developing fiscal year civilian and military manpower budget to achieve the mission; leading management project teams through complex actions; analyzing solutions to actions impacting the commands manpower resources within command guidance and policies; and implementing resource guidance for review of command resources to accomplish command objectives.
