  • Responsibilities

    INTERNSHIP FORMAT

    In-Person: The format for this internship will be in-person, where the intern will be required to work on-site at either the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan and/or at the Chelsea Proving Grounds in Chelsea, Michigan . Some interns may be eligible for housing assistance per company policy.

    INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

    • When: The internship program will run from May 19 - August 8, 2025.
    • Where: All internships are in the United States. Even remote work assignments must be completed within the United States.
    • Transportation: Interns are responsible for getting to and from work daily. Stellantis does not provide transportation to interns.

    DEPARTMENT DETAILS

    The Customer Experience interns will be assigned meaningful projects within Current Production Quality, Assembly Corporate Quality, Control Tower, Powertrain Corporate Quality, and Reliability Quality. Candidates will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our Customer Experience department and apply their coursework to drive results.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
    • Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
    • Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuing a degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace or Chemical Engineering at an accredited university or related field
    • Strong data analysis skills
    • Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the spring of 2025
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient with MS Office Suite applications
    • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team .
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partners.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations.
    • Ability to travel
