    Qualifications

    The Stellantis Facilities, General Services and Environmental Compliance organization - Data and Analytics student program allows individuals to gain experience and exposure across the many different facets in facilities, environmental and energy strategic initiatives. Students will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with people who work together as a team to continually think bigger and bolder. The Data and Analytics students will directly work with the team located at the Chrysler Technology Center (CTC) in Auburn Hills Michigan. The Data and Analytics students will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our organization and apply their coursework to drive results.

    The position provides students with an opportunity to work year-round in a part-time role. The program requires students to work 24 hours a week year-round with the potential to work 40 hours in the summer months.The format for this program will allow the opportunity to work in Auburn Hills, remotely or both! Relocation and housing will not be provided. Remote work must be completed at a location based in the United States.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Math/Statistics, Information Technology or similar discipline at an accredited university.
    • Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Currently a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
    • Strong data analysis skills proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Computer proficient
    • Knowledge and/or experience in business analytics applications (Power BI, Qlik Sense) but not required.
    • Knowledge and/or experience in SAP but not required
    • Strong interest in the automotive industry and new technologies
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Must exhibit strong leadership characteristic
    • Creative and innovative thinking
