    Student Program Overview

    The Stellantis Student Program is a part-time position requiring employees to work year-round , 24 hours per week (Monday-Friday during normal business hours). Candidates who are selected for the program will work with their manager to determine a consistent weekly work schedule where candidates fulfill the 24-hour requirement, while balancing their class schedule. During the summer months, student employees may potentially work 40 hours per week. This determination will be at management’s discretion.

    The Stellantis Student Program is an experiential learning program. Program highlights include:

    Department Details

    The North America Feature Planning team helps shape the Stellantis corporate vision with the identification, ideation, and prioritization of new and innovative customer-facing feature concepts. Our team applies a customer-centric approach, heavily leveraging efforts within our research, competitive intelligence, and brand teams.

    This role will be responsible for the following:

    • Create or modify feature assets using photo or video editing software.
    • Synthesize feature specific customer research and competitive benchmarking information.

    A successful candidate possesses the ability to translate consumer insights into feature concepts with a blend of creative, technical, and program management skills. A passion for self-guided and in-depth research and reflection is critical in developing a well-rounded knowledge of the market and its opportunities for feature development.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a post high school degree.
    • Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Graduation date of April 2026 or later
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)
    • Strong interest in automotive industry
    • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Suite
    • Video / photo editing experience
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Creative / resourceful information mining and fact seeking skills
    • Advanced analytical and PowerPoint presentation building skills
