The TRUCK RENTAL Division is on fire right now! Due to this outstanding performance we have an immediate need for a dynamic, sales driven super star!  We are looking to hire an Account / Sr. Account specialist for our Tampa location.  Truck Rental is the fastest growing division in our company and offers the right candidate an opportunity to fast track his/her career.  Get in on the ground floor of what is sure to be the next great success story of Enterprise Holdings.  

The division currently has 4 offices in total  and a fleet of almost 500 trucks.  We are in the process of opening an additional location over the next fiscal year. In addition, we expect our fleet to crest 1000 trucks over the next 5 years creating the potential for 1-2 level 3 Area Manager Positions. 

The ideal candidate for this position will have 6 plus months of experience with Enterprise, possess a solid history of performance, is a successful marketer, and is someone who has a burning desire to close new business and help gain market share.  THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO ALL EHI EMPLOYEES REGARDLESS OF DIVISION. RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Assist in branch sales and marketing efforts to increase the customer base and branch revenue.
• Prospect and target accounts to develop new business relationships, including securing referrals.
• Sell optional protection products, truck features and benefits, and additional equipment.
• Conduct initial and follow-up fact-finds, presentations, and closing meetings with our accounts.
• Create custom business solutions to facilitate closing the sale.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision makers.
• Provide a high level of customer service by assisting customers with their truck rental needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a current Group 42 Management Assistant or above.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and be qualified to drive under DOT regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner’s certificate or submit to and successfully complete a DOT medical examination.
• Must have achieved an overall rating of Meets Requirements or above on most recent performance review.
• Must discuss your intentions to apply with your supervisor and or Area Manager.
• Must meet minimum promotional criteria as outlined in our Group's promotional guidelines see Group 42 website on the HUB
• Cannot be on any type of disciplinary action or probation in the past 12 months, including driving probation.
