SWE is the world’s largest conference for Women in Engineering and Technology group that has been around for over seven decades. Their purpose is to help women engineering students and others transition into the corporate world by providing training, guidance, and access to career opportunities both in academia and industry. 16,000 people will be attending WE24 with countless companies across the industry hosting booth and information sessions.
