CASH AND LIQUIDITY MANAGEMENT ANALYST
As a Barclays Cash and Liquidity Management Analyst you will be responsible for working with team members and both internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage and project the intraday and end-of-day usage of cash and collateral. You will ensure processes are performed in the right way, bearing in mind short and long-term impact on business objectives as well as technology rationalization leveraging your knowledge and network to inform logical solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Calculate and forecast the daily cash position/confirm the forecasted balance with Treasury and provide daily funding projections to relevant business lines.
Perform swing analysis of projected vs actual projection and monitor secured and unsecured activity.
Process time critical payments, effect funding wires through payment systems and post journal entries, review reconciliation, investigate and resolve cash breaks.
Manage Daily Federal Bank Reserve, reporting to internal and external audience, analyze intraday credit usage across agent bank accounts and clearing houses
Management of throttling of payments and the effect on overall firm liquidity, optimization of Liquidity Management, Collateral Management
Monitor and analyze daily reports on intraday credit usage, excess collateral and deficits
Manage DTC Collateral to reduce intraday usage of Net Free Equity, DTC Debit Caps and other limits
Build consistent Global approach for monitoring and controlling cash flows to alleviate intraday credit usage or an alternative means to secure cash to minimize costs
