ANALYST, INDUSTRIALS COVERAGE, INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE BANK
As a Barclays Analyst on the Industrials Coverage team, you will work on assignments across the Industrials sector. You will deliver Barclays Corporate Banking platform to our clients, and work on Industrial Coverage, which includes Autos, Aerospace & Defense, Capital Goods, & Transportation. Lastly, you will be part of Barclays International Corporate Banking, which is a key division within the Corporate and Investment Bank, offering a range of services to global corporates such as foreign exchange (FX), cash management and trade finance.
Salary / Rate Minimum: $85,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $125,000

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Promoting excellent client service and assisting the Relationship Directors in building deep, long-lasting relationships with sophisticated treasury teams
Helping the team by responding to customers and dealing with a range of requests including any calls in a Relationship Directors’ absence
Helping the team with ad-hoc internal projects
Assisting in production and updating of business plans for accounts, including ongoing client activity research, business performance, and market updates
Drafting client proposals, transaction summaries, due diligence summaries, credit approval reports and other documents as part of the transaction approval process
Engaging with business partners and other members of the client team, as necessary, to facilitate various aspects of the transaction management process
Participating in client due diligence exercises and maintaining transaction pricing, return, and credit files
Assisting with ideations to increase wallet-share and mindshare with clients, and helping new business development in line with the Firm’s credit and reputational risk appetite
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree is required
Prior relevant experience in a customer-facing/ problem solving role, preferably with large multinational clients
Working knowledge and prior experience with financial modeling, credit, and financial analysis
Fantastic verbal and written communicator who enjoys engaging with others
