BASEL IV ANALYST

As a Barclays Basel IV Analyst, you will assist with assignments in the Regulatory Capital Team and will be responsible for the preparation and development of Basel IV calculation and reporting of both point in time and CCAR Projected risk weighted assets, capital, leverage, and SCCL Large Exposures for Barclays Intermediate Holding Company. This will be performed in accordance with the Federal Reserve interpretation of the upcoming Basel IV risk based capital rules.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Assisting in implementing any new business architecture required to support the Regulatory Capital computation per the Federal Reserve Bank Basel III requirements
• Being accountable for the build out of Basel IV Regulatory Capital
• Supporting the Regulatory Capital external reporting requirements to the Federal Reserve
• Understanding the impact and requirements of the evolving and complex regulatory requirements with respect to CCAR 
• Actively maintaining robust internal controls governing Reg Cap including policies and procedures; change control; comprehensive documentation and review by Internal Audit
• Developing a data governance and attestation framework for Regulatory Capital program and coordinate efforts with other areas feeding into regulatory capital process

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• CPA, CFA, MBA beneficial and background of US GAAP accounting

• Advanced level of knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of products - Derivatives, Secured Financing Transactions, General Credit Products

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

• Prior experience in a similar function - preferably at an FBO

• Good Knowledge of large data
