Client Implementation Analyst

As a Barclays Client Implementation Analyst, you will effectively support and contribute to the client growth agenda, supporting clients with identifying their channel/product needs, implementing the full e2e implementation journey for Digital Channels & Cash Management Products (including Training & Education). This is also an opportunity to support Implementation Project Managers on New to Bank propositions.

What will you be doing:
• Engaging and building requirements for Channel & Product implementation, directly with clients & Relationship Teams
• Assisting the Implementation Project Managers with New to Bank propositions, implementing specific client channels
• Navigating clients through Implementation processes, including Legal Documentation, Security, Mandatory Controls
• Providing expert training on Digital Channels, Products & Fraud Awareness as part of client implementation journey
• Managing clients into Servicing post implementation activity
• Ensuring that the client is educated fully to ensure follow-on impact to wider Servicing Teams in minimal
• Owning all of the client’s issues and personally ensure resolution of any technical or functional issues during the training process, providing feedback where appropriate
• Highlighting any potential risks with clients prior to any risk event
What we’re looking for:
• One year of Cash Management Knowledge i.e. ACH, Swift, Lockbox, check imaging
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion
• Excellent influencing & negotiation skills
• Solid analysis, problem solving & decision making skills
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Electronic Banking experience
• Ability to drive commercial success/results
• With solid skills in planning & organising and has initiative
• Embedding tools & process
