    As a Barclays Corporate Access Specialist, you will be accountable for leading our strategic initiatives to ensure best-in-class service for our investor and corporate client partners. In this role, you will liaise with Research, Sales, and Banking, and our Events team to execute on conferences, non-deal roadshows, fieldtrips, and industry expert events. You will develop relationships with IR and management teams at corporates in focus, in addition to relevant contacts at key client counterparts, to maximize value for companies and investors.

    Salary / Rate Minimum: $190,000

    Salary / Rate Maximum: $225,000

    What will you be doing?

    • Driving origination of corporate and industry access events in close collaboration with Research partners
    • Ensuring a balanced, quality pipeline of NDRs, industry events, and seminars/conferences throughout the course of the year
    • Owning outcomes for allocations and execution of events as they occur
    • Influencing change in the mix of the corporate access offering in this sector when necessary given client opportunities and market conditions
    • Creating additional corporate opportunities for clients by deepening relationships with company management and investor relations teams
    • Owning the delivery of flagship conferences in coordination with research and events
    • Leveraging reporting metrics and KPIs to identify areas of opportunity and measure success of defined strategies

    What we’re looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree is required
    • Several years of corporate access or similar industry experience
    • Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products
    • Must be certified in Series 7 & 63

    Skills that will help you in the role:

    • Institutional knowledge of all aspects of the corporate access business
    • Working knowledge of industry systems – Bloomberg, FactSet, Big Dough, and the like
    • A self-starter, with the ability to deliver quality results with a positive and energetic style

    Where will you be working?

    You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 32-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center and state-of-the-art LED signage on the facade of the building.
