Our Finance function is essential to our success and includes our Business Performance & Analytics, Product Control, Financial Control, Cost Management, CCAR and Tax teams. It will start with several weeks of intensive training, after which, you’ll join one of our Finance or Tax teams. The first five months with your team will be dedicated to learning the ins and outs of your role through on-the-job and classroom training, so at the six month mark you can take on greater responsibility for tasks such as:
Perform daily profit and loss analysis for business units, identifying and researching performance impacts
Compile regular reports and scorecards for senior managers
Analyze data for trends and insights
Write and deliver presentations based on your analysis to senior managers
Lead calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders

To be considered for this program, you must:
Be an undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 – June 2025 and a GPA of 3.2 or above.
Ideally, you would also have:
A degree in any discipline – so long as you are motivated, analytical, hard-working, and great with detail. Basic knowledge of the role of finance and financial markets and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, who’s client-focused and team-orientated.
Working in New York
You will be working at our Americas Headquarters at 745 Seventh Avenue. This 37-story office tower is located in Times Square in the heart of Manhattan and features a cafeteria, fitness center, and state-of-the-art LED signage on the façade of the building.
Salary / Rate Minimum: $75,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $75,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
