REWARD ADVISOR ANALYST
As a Barclays Reward Advisor Analyst, you will support the attraction and retention of colleagues providing reward guidance and advice to the business and HR on complex hires, promotions and internal movements and a range of reward topics. You will provide SME guidance and support to other members of the team with regards to job evaluation and benchmarking. You will be supporting activities and projects for the annual Payround cycle for both business’s aligned areas and across the wider group.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Advising and guiding Talent Acquistion, Delivery & Advisory, HR, Resourcing and the business across business aligned areas with respect to Reward policies and processes
Providing awareness and input into ensuring the appropriate governance and controls are utilised in the end to end service
Acting as the escalation point for all complex hiring/queries across business aligned areas.
Actively reviewing and assisting in the production and maintenance of hiring ranges/effective minimums. Ensuring that ranges are operating effectively
Providing support to the Benchmarking team on benchmarking/job evaluation queries and peer reviews as required
Taking ownership and leading on a range of topics and/or projects within Hiring/Internals team
Ensuring work is appropriately managed within the wider team and delivered to a high standard
Pro-actively participating in projects across Delivery and the wider Compensation function
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven ability to manage the hiring offer process from end to end, including liaising with the candidate
Stakeholder management across all parts of HR and the business
Experience with one or more specialised elements (MD promotion, M&A etc)
Specific business and technical knowledge to be able to support market benchmarking and peer role evaluation
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
Previous Reward or FS experience preferred
Practical and methodical, results driven and action orientated
Logical, analytical and numerical skills
Technical competency across reward specialisms
