    SUPPLIER LIAISON

    As a Barclays Supplier Liaison, you will assist the manager in all aspects of managing one or more recovery support funtions. You will be responsible for completing production of key process that drive performance and ensuring the business is operating in control. The primary mission is to optimize the recovery of charged off credit card balances leveraging a variety of strategies to include dept sales.

    THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM SALARY/RATE INFORMATION ABOVE INCLUDE ONLY BASE SALARY OR BASE HOURLY RATE.  IT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ANOTHER TYPE OF COMPENSATION OR BENEFITS THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE.

    WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

    • Assisting suppliers with account level questions

    • Reviewing and processing fraud and disputing claims per departmental standards

    • Validating and processing monthly supplier invoices

    • Performing quality reviews for supplier complaints to ensure appropriately addressed

    • Validating and notarizing affidavits in accordance with departmental policies

    • Collaborating with colleagues to solve issues and improve processes

    • Educating suppliers on Barclays specific terminology, reporting and organization

    • Analyzing account level and performance details.  Making decisions at account level

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • Four-year college degree in related field and /or five plus years related experience 

    • Minimum two years’ operations/ recovery experience 

    • Working knowledge of TSYS, NEUAnalytics and Outlook

    SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:

    • Previous Project management experience

    • Proven Microsoft Office skills,including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    • Recovery/ Collections experience 

    • Strong oral and written communication skills.  Ability to communicate effectively with Sr. leadership, internally and external
