WHOLESALE CLIENT ONBOARDING & MAINTENANCE (WCOB) CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE CHANGE MANAGER
As a Barclays Wholesale Client Onboarding & Maintenance (WCOB) Centre of Excellence Manager, you will have the ability to drive change and innovation. You will ensure the safe and successful delivery of changes into WCOB; including defining the requirements, scoping, training, migration/implementation all to be formally tracked and reported under the WCOB CoE Change framework. You will work with a variety of stakeholders across all three lines of defense.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Providing guidance on how WCOB teams execute against mandatory control requirements detailed in Group Frameworks, Policies and Standards
Ensuring WCOB processes and procedures continue to align with the Group Frameworks, Policies and Standards via the Annual Review process
Managing the Out of Cycle process which governs changes to WCOB processes and procedures outside the Annual Review process
Collaborating with other teams across Barclays to deliver the changes in the most efficient way
You will be responsible for ensuring changes are delivered with a control environment focus
Working on a number of projects simultaneously while managing the priorities based on the impact of the change and its driver (for example regulatory or discretionary)
Identifying and evaluating complex information and data within both the Corporate and Investment Bank business sectors
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Standards
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer industry
Team player, able to work effectively both collaboratively with a team and with others within WCOB; Technology, Business Oversight Compliance, and Business Units
Demonstrated analytical and communication skills as well as work with a diverse range of colleagues across multiple sites
Critical thinking and ability to look for solutions ‘outside the box’ is essential
SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field
Experience with KYC and Enhanced Due Diligence processes
Experience with Group Frameworks, Policies and Standards and operational implementation
Experience in working, heading and delivering change within a time bound regulatory driven operation
