The person must demonstrate characteristics of the following multi-functional skills: competency in addressing day technical process issues, working in a team environment, focusing on improving the technical competency of all members of the team, ensuring the necessary quality decisions required to produce the highest quality product within a targeted cost are consistent. Working with equipment and machinery-setting-up, adjusting, examining, operating machines. Perform Troubleshooting and maintenance on Highly Automated Equipment to include Preventative Maintenance and Basic (low voltage) Electrical/Mechanical repairs. Actively participate in high performance manufacturing teams to address day-to-day technical process issues focusing on improving the technical competency of all members of the team. In addition must be able to effectively articulate issues to Leadership and/or Electro-Mechanics. Evaluate, analyze, and interpret data to make effective decisions utilizing the standard work format. Monitor equipment for safe performance and address any unsafe acts or conditions in a timely manner. Process adjustments to address out of control conditions on equipment or product effecting performance or quality. First line technical equipment support for equipment repair and prevention. Safety violations and out of compliance issues that cause unsafe conditions. Will be responsible for meeting individual KPIs that affect safety, quality and performance.
