in business for over 35 years and continues to grow throughout the
country. Due to recent expansion, we are currently looking to add a GMP
Sanitization Technician to our existing team in (Location) to help
maintain our clients cleanrooms and laboratory space. Sanitization
Technician position overview: The Sanitization technician will be a
professional individual with a strong work ethic, be highly dependable
and able to stick to their assigned work schedule. They will be
responsible as a part of a select team to perform the daily cleaning and
sanitization of facilities and equipment according to the clients
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Attire: Entering into the
cleanroom will require gowning such as scrubs, a hairnet, gloves and
facemask to protect the cleanroom environment from human contaminates.
Personal Protective Equipment, (PPE) will also be required to ensure our
team members safety and protect the technician from slipping on wet
surfaces, cleaning chemical splashes, inhalation and exposure. Essential
Physical Requirements * Must be able to work standing, bending and
reaching overhead for long periods of time. * Must be able to work
around various cleaning chemicals that produce non-hazardous odors like
bleach and vinegar. * Must be able to wear appropriate gowning and PPE
covering most all parts of the body and face. * Ability to
stand/sit/walk for long periods of time * Ability to lift, push, pull 40
lbs. routinely, often/occasionally. Essential Responsibilities: *
Perform proper cleaning methods, such as vacuuming, emptying trash,
wiping techniques of equipment, mopping of walls, ceilings and floors. *
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all cleaning equipment.
- Responsible for the preparation of cleaning/sanitization solutions and
cleaning materials to specifications. * Must possess the willingness to
learn new concepts to fully understand aseptic technique and demonstrate
proper cleanroom behavior at all times. * Identifies and communicates
any material or procedural discrepancies. * Adheres to all regulatory
and compliance requirements defined in Good Manufacturing Practices
(cGMPs) * Follows and executes clients Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) * Accurately documents solution prep and cleaning activities in
logbooks according to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs) Other
Requirements: * Ability to read, write and understand English * High
School Diploma or GED. * 3 years of steady work experience with
excellent attendance record. * Reliable mode of transportation. * No
Experience is necessary, we are willing to train the right individual,
but they must be detail orientated and possess the willingness to learn
new concepts and demonstrate the ability to perform highly detailed
work. * Neat and mistake free handwriting * Ability to accurately and
reproducibly perform basic math calculations, including time conversion,
fractions, decimals and percentages. * Must be able to pass a drug
screen, criminal background checks and meet all ACM and client training
requirements. * Based on work assignment, may be recommended to have
medical testing / vaccinations in accordance with the Clients
Occupational Safety and Health Services. * Open availability: Overtime
work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary due to customer
demands. Holiday work may also be required based on manufacturing
