Lighthouse Lab Services is partnering with a start-up toxicology lab in Oceanside, CA, seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS). This role offers the chance to shape laboratory operations, work with advanced LCMS and Indiko EIA technology, and contribute to a growing, innovative team while ensuring compliance with CLIA and state regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily lab operations and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Perform and validate LCMS toxicology testing on urine, blood, and saliva.
• Operate and troubleshoot LCMS and Indiko EIA instruments.
  
• Collaborate on quality assurance initiatives and proficiency testing.

Qualifications:

• California CLS license required.
• Minimum 2 years of LCMS toxicology experience.
• Strong knowledge of LCMS instrumentation, troubleshooting, and compliance.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, with possible Saturday day hours.

Benefits:

• Salary: $50-$60/hr
