Helpdesk Administrator Job Location(s) US-TX-Alice Job Number 2018-22327 Job Category Administration/Clerical Position Type Full-Time Job Overview Covance is looking for a Helpdesk Administrator for its Alice, TX location. In this role you will be responsible for: Provides TMS administrative support for the leadership of the Facilities department they are assigned to. Maintain proper documentation on all assigned asset numbers within TMS. Ensures asset numbers are assigned to all equipment on site that requires preventative maintenance. Activate and retire equipment as needed within TMS. Ensures all work orders within TMS are coded correctly before assigning them to Facility Maintenance personnel. Review all completed work orders in TMS for proper documentation before closing them. Provide reports and updated information within TMS as needed. Provide a daily eight hour work schedule, for each Facility personnel, to include PMs and CMs. Provides RCP support. May act as a front line information source, or initial contact for Facilities Performs other related duties as assigned. Education/Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge of computers and programs (e.g., MS Office and TMS). Experience 3 5 years of experience working with TMS. 3 5 years of experience with Word, Excel, and Pdf.
