Our 12-18 month rotational program provides early career scientists with a hands-on exposure to technology commercialization in a Life Sciences and High Technology industry context.

Participants gain experience as entrepreneurs charged with taking innovation projects from conception through completion – a role that requires both technical expertise and the drive to engage in various analytical, operational and management efforts.

Candidates will be given access to relevant experts and the opportunity to contribute to the evolution of our product portfolio and operational excellence that is founded on the 112 year history of the J T Baker brand.

• M.S., PhD or Post Doc work in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Microbiology, that must include significant laboratory experience.

• Recent graduates or those with 1-3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to use natural curiosity in real world situations

• The flexibility to work in a variety of environments
