Job Description
Coordinate the flow, control the handling and storage of raw materials, finished goods and labels through the warehouse by effectively using available areas. Ensure accuracy of raw materials, finished goods and label inventories. Ensure building, forklifts, and palletizers are maintained at optimum operating levels.
Wage: $19.00/hr
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations and policies.
2. Coordinate inbound and outbound plant loads.
3. Complete all associated paperwork/reports correctly.
4. Ensure orders are fulfilled and loaded on trucks in a timely manner.
5. Communicate with warehouse employees and supervisors to complete daily needs.
6. Enter inventory adjustments as needed, perform route cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage inventory levels to reduce old age/hold product, and minimize storage.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Schedule:
Clerks will be needed on 2nd shift (2:30pm - 11:00pm) and 3rd shift (10:30pm - 7:00am). Training will take place on 1st shift (6:30am-3:00pm). Mandatory overtime may be necessary to cover vacations, call-offs, vacancies, and for special projects.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Related Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Skills : Proficient (or ability to become proficient) use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and inventory management system.
Competencies:
1. Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.

4. Must be team oriented.
Additional Information
Physical: Must be able to walk throughout the plant, to include walking and climbing up/down stairs and ladders (portable, fixed).
Sensory: Must have the appropriate level of sensory acuity (visual, hearing, speaking, smell and touch) to be able to identify and react to normal, abnormal and alarm conditions (chemicals, temperature, etc.)
Mental/Reasoning : Must be able to logically and methodically work through and break down complex problems and processes to enable effective communication with all levels of the organization.
