    As Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing financial performance, driving key growth initiatives, and developing operational strategies that align with the organization’s long-term vision. Your leadership will directly impact efficiency, staffing, and overall business performance, ensuring that strategic goals translate into measurable success.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Management

    • Oversee daily operations across up to five multi-state practices, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and goal alignment.

    • Lead and develop high-performing teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and conflict resolution in collaboration with HR.

    • Facilitate regular staff and physician meetings, ensuring compliance with training and regulatory requirements.

    • Establish and maintain operational policies to drive consistency, compliance, and efficiency.

    Strategic & Financial Oversight

    • Collaborate with senior management and physician leadership to develop and execute strategic business plans.

    • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, expense analysis, and revenue cycle metrics (AR, DSO, bad debt).

    • Monitor and implement QA and productivity standards while ensuring compliance with CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory bodies.

    • Lead marketing initiatives and business development efforts, supporting practice growth through client engagement and outreach.

    Operational & Compliance Management

    • Partner with corporate departments (Billing, IT, Sales, etc.) to address operational challenges and optimize practice efficiency.

    • Oversee procurement, equipment maintenance, and centralized purchasing compliance.

    • Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports to support data-driven decision-making.

    • Drive change management efforts, including new test launches, facility upgrades, and environmental compliance initiatives.

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (MBA or MHA preferred).

    • At least five (5) years of managerial experience in laboratory or healthcare administration.

    Licensure & Compliance

    • Knowledge and adherence to CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.

    Skills & Expertise

    • Strong understanding of healthcare administration, policies, and operational procedures.

    • Experience with P&L management, financial systems, and fiscal strategies.

    • Knowledge of human resource management, including staff development and performance oversight.

    • Familiarity with governmental regulations, reimbursement structures, and billing systems.

    Salary / Shift / Benefits

    • Day Shift: Monday-Friday
    • $110,000 - $135,000 (depending on experience)
    • Sign on bonus up to $5,000
    • Relocation assistance: $5,000-$10,000
    • Insurance Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental)
    • Additional Benefits: PTO/Vacation/401K
