Job Description
This position is an entry level position on the manufacturing floor. Qualified candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required.
The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, and operate a motorized forklift and a variety of other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Keep lines stocked with packaging materials
Operate production lines through breaks and lunches
Run production line when Operator is not available
Fill out appropriate paper work while covering for Line Operator
Basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment
Knowledge of basic operation for equipment on line
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent - REQUIRED & VERIFIED
Related Experience : Previous relevant experience preferred, but not required.
Equipment/Software Skills : Basic computer knowledge - data entry
