The regular hours for this position are Monday-Friday, from 10:30am-7pm. This position serves as the primary point of contact between NMS and our client base. The Client Support Representative serves as the conduit between our clients and the service(s) we provide. This position works closely with various internal partners in providing support to clients in resolving any service needs, problems, concerns and general inquiries received daily. Major duties and responsibilities include: Ensures a very positive customer experience for all internal and external partners Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills Respond to inbound client requests in a professional, timely manner via phone and email Provides information, general assistance and client education to internal and external partners Makes out bound client contact to resolve issues hindering results to be reported to client Document all incoming client contact inquiries in Microsoft D365 CRM database and other systems Recognize and investigate client issues with logical conclusions and solutions; escalates issues as needed and follows up in a timely and courteous manner Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively and in a collaborative manner with all internal and external partners* Proactively monitor and process assigned daily administrative tasks to ensure expected client turnaround times are exceeded or met* Clear and concise documentation of case notes used for legal discoverable purposes* Create and maintain client accounts in numerous systems* Supports supply order inquiries and handling of samples/evidence returns* An open mind to learn, adapt and excel**Requirements:An associate degree or 3-5 years providing contact management is desirable. **Also, experience and/or education in the fields of health care, forensic science, or criminal justice is a plusThe Client Support Representative must have excellent phone etiquette, speaking voice, and professional appearance. The ability to effectively prioritize assignments, along with strong organization, documentation, and problem solving skills is required. The successful candidatemust be able to communicate effectively and in a collaborative mannerbut also independently, pay close attention to detail, and must be able to manage competing priorities. The CSR must also be able to effectively communicate findings and recommendations in verbal and written form to other employees, management, and clients. Solid understanding of Microsoft applications as well as the aptitude to learn new technologies is a must. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relations Management a plus.
